I just installed FC4 on my laptop. there are two things i want to be able to do.

Number 1: I have a wireless plugin card for internet access, how do i set this up in FC4? do i need drivers for the card? if so where can i find them?

Number 2: I installed GNOME not KDE. I want to have each of my 4 workspaces customized with different backgrounds. I also want them to show up as compleatly different desktops with different folders on each one that don't show up on the others. I remember being able to do this with FC2 when i had it awhile ago but i don't know if i had installed GNOME or KDE or if that had anything to do with it at all.

I would apreciate any help on these two little problems of mine.

Thanks.

Sorry about that the chip is a D-Link Air Plus Xtream G aka DWL-G650

also is ? 2 possible in KDE, and if it is can i install KDE over GNOME without reformating and going through the entire FC4 install over again.

Thanks.

1. Plug the card and open terminal and run: /sbin/lspci and will give you the chipset.

2. I believe it is possible in KDE because other users have mentioned it. I only use gnome.
