fedora detects my ipod and gtkpod can transfer files... but how do i disconnect?

i tried this:

# eject /media/ipod
eject: unable to eject, last error: Invalid argument
and the "do not disconnect" screen is still on my ipod.

when i right-click and go to unmount, i get this error:

eject: unable to open `/dev/sda2'
and the "do not disconnect" screen is still on my ipod.

so what do i do? anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

I have the same problem with ipod
What I have to do is

# eject /dev/sda

The above command has to be executed as super user you can also execute it as follows

$ su -c 'eject /dev/sda'

But I personally advice against doing this because it will eject all the USB devices that you have connected. But doing this was the only way I get rid of the "Do not disconnect" display on the ipod.
