I wrote a little guide on how I installed a very good alternative to kazaa lite in yarrow

The only thing is that the try icon appear in a little window on my desktop... Not in the "tray" area :-S

I followed the steps, but I get:
"GIFT-FATAL: couldn't load protocol in file /usr/local/lib/giFT/libOpenFT.la: file not found"

any ideas?

To enable mp3 in kde, use the following rpm:
http://www.eleceng.ohio-state.edu/~ravi/kde/kdemultimedia-mp3-3.1.4-1.i386.rpm

This might be off-topic, but for my p2p need, I use mldonkey. Check it out, it runs on almost all protocol you want: bittorrent, ed2k, fasttrack, gnutella, etc.
