Hello all, I am new to linux kinda. Anyway I was wondering what programs I can use to enhance my desktop. Right now I just have the standard Fedora Core 3 look. Any suggestions? Thanks, s10237

Go to: http://www.gnome-look.org and http://art.gnome.org
Download themes you like and install them with Preferences -> Theme

Themes can be:
Window borders - Metacity
Appearance - GTK
Icons - icon themes
Login screen - GDM (installed with System Settings -> Login Screen)

Sometimes you need to restart Theme Preferences window to see changes.
Good luck :)

Thanks, you know I was going to go with Mandrake because of KDE but after trying both I like RDH Fedora Core better.

Install all themes you want and then restart Theme Preferences window.
Go to Theme Details and select different Controls, Window borders, Icons
