Hi,

Has anything changed with this in the new release? I've got vino installed, but I can't see any vino related binaries to run with tab auto complete from CLI, and there are no settings about Desktop Sharing anymore in the Gnome Control Panel.

Any ideas anyone?

Hmm, in my experience, the main purpose of Vino is to get your machine hacked and infected with a Bitcoin miner and spam sender...

I suggest that you rather use SSH instead. SSH can also be used to run X programs over the network, provided that your local machine has a X server. So it works well Linux to Linux, is a bit of bother Mac to Linux and painful with Windows to Linux.

So, it depends on what exactly you want to do, but all VNC servers need to be set up very carefully, since they are all very insecure.
