Downloaded a few *.rar files

After apply
unrar e *part4.rar

I got 425 *.pdg files.
I am guessing that they are some kind of document. But I don't know how to read it. Do I need to stitch them someway?

Please help

Howdy,

These .pdg files are possibly prehistoric Printshop pictures.

Maybe imagemagick can convert it to something else.

It has a convert function. ImageMagick is a suite of programs that have various utilities to do stuff with graphics.
In this case
convert file1.pdg file1.jpg may (or may not) create a file that you can then view with anything that will view a jpg. (Including ImageMagick's display command). The display command from ImageMagick will view an image and also give you options to edit

I used ImageMagick's identify command

identify -list format

There was nothing there for *.pdg files.

However, I am using Scientific Linux and Fedora may have a different build with more libraries.
