View Full Version : Fedora 27 Gnome-boxes VM 3d Acceleration

Im new in linux, and I do apologize for stupid questions in advance.

I was playing with VM a bit, and what I found that gnome boxes (I think itś a manager but VM runs on qemu) performs really really well compared vmware / virtual box, etc.
I was playing with 3D rendering (cpu based) and it looks like on VM windows (Intel VT-D is on) got nearly identical performance to windows hardware version. But there is an issue, all other VM apps support 3d acceleration although not so good, but still.
I cant find the way to turn it on gnome boxes (qemu). Can anyone help a little bit with step by step or share a link how to make it?
