Hi everyone, just would like to know how I can force Fedora 27 to accept the changes I made to the lock screen. The first image shows the images I selected for the background and and lock screen. The second image is what my lock screen looks like. Sorry I donít know if I can print screen when locked.

FYI, I had to install Fedora 27 in basic graphics mode. I do not know another way to do it. After I am at the desktop I immediately uncomment Wayland in the custom.conf file, from that point on I can boot with the default kernel.

Are you fully logged out when testing? I've found that when no user is logged in, it'll simply default to...well, default.
If you just lock your session, you should see your selected wallpaper.
