Not me but I'm having a similar issue. Looking to fix it. Has done it both on an old laptop that was upgraded from 26 to 27 (via dnf system-upgrade) and also via a brand new install to a desktop off a usb stick. Been through all the options, killed it, restarted gnome, etc. and no difference. Both running wayland. Tried X and same deal. Turned off all themes, etc. and no joy either.

Only thing I can think of is both have video cards (ie. not onboard graphics) but neither are using special drivers (at least that I configured.)
