Hi Everyone,

I found the following post, and I have some questions.

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2017-11-30_Kernel_4.14_Test_Day

1. From the post above, I think it is for Fedora 28 Kernel 4.14 testing. Would you do the similar test for Fedora 27, which is already released with Kernel 4.13?
2. When do you think the kernel 4.14 for Fedora 27 would be released? How long would you spend to test the kernel 4.14 with Fedora 27?
3. Do you have the url for the test result of Fedora 27 Kernel 4.14 testing?

Thank you so much.

It's not likely there will be a test day for each distribution. Instead, the package when it compiled will be submitted to updates-testing. from there it will be available for testing by anyone. feedback for which would be provided via https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org

as for a release date? how long is a piece of string? at present 4.13.13 is in updates-testing so that will most likely be the next stable release that lands on your pc. as for f28 they are now compiling kernel 4.15 pre-release from git for it.
