Install printer in XFCE which is much I do not use it anymore???:doh:

Not quite sure what you are asking, but it sounds like you'd like to install a printer in an xfce system. If the printer is supported by the drivers that come with fedora, you can use the cups interface in your browser: http://localhost:631. If it doesn't connect then you can start up the cups system with: systemctl start cups.service, and then cups should connect through the browser. You need to navigate to the 'add a printer' item. Or you can run: system-config-printer in a terminal. If the printer is not supported by fedora, then you usually have to seek the drivers from the relevant websites and install them, if that is possible.
