Have done a lot of tweaking to Fedora 26, but the one thing that eludes me is how to change the top bar font and size. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

In Gnome, I use the System > Universal Access > Large Text.

Yes I saw that, but no option to change font. I added Ubuntu font family and changed canterall fonts to Ubintu.

This blog article (https://blog.samalik.com/make-your-gnome-title-bars-smaller/) works for F24. You may have to google more if F26 has changed. I've done it in the past, but not since I dropped gnome-shell for Mate.
