so

1) DNF dragora is garbage. just right clicko n the icon in the traybar and disable it (or do it somewhere in dragora cant remembber where)

2) just ignore it and use dnf update

3) if you want a graphical packet manager get yumex (dnf install yumex-dnf)

Candleflame, while you have your own personal opinions of dnfdragora, and they may have merit, hbaird simply asked how to use it for updates, so let's deal with that.

In dnfdragora, the second drop list shows "to update" which should show everything that needs updating and then at the bottom "check all", which should bring up the "apply" option.

Okay, that said, I installed it but don't use it, so if you're looking for more info, I'm not your guy.

Thank you both for the replies. I used yum sometime back but dnf update works fine for my needs. I will stay with dnf.

Dnfdragora.
I use it. I find it intuitive and easy to use. I set my version refresh rate to once per day.
There are some situations where it can't resolve, such as "skip broken".

When skip broken message appears, I then use dnf and the command line.
