Hi,

Last two kernel updates kmods are not auto updated with akmods for nvidia 340 driver. Any idea if there is a chance that this will be fixed or is 340 driver not maintained anymore? Anyone else having the same issue?

This mentions 304 driver issues but that 340 gets fixed quickly (which is currently not working). How can i know if it is the same issue?

Also, would that mean 340 is also losing support?

There is also this bug report:
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4609

but there has been no update lately.

The issue is non mention F25.

The kernel-4.12 patch from rpmfusion works well for me with f25.

[rave@mother ~]$ rpm -qa akmod-nvidia*
akmod-nvidia-340xx-340.102-4.fc25.x86_64
[rave@mother ~]$ uname -r
4.12.9-200.fc25.x86_64
[rave@mother ~]$ lsmod |grep nvidia
nvidia 10563584 29
drm 352256 3 nvidia

same with older kernel

[rave@mother ~]$ uname -r
4.12.8-200.fc25.x86_64

Sadly, reporter didn't post any useful info like kernel or driver package version in rpmfusion report or here.
