I have a machine that was installed with Fedora 23 then upgraded to 24 & 25 with no issues. I just upgraded it to 26 and am having some audio issues. It seems that anything through web like YouTube always works great. Just after I reboot VLC, Totem, & Rythembox work fine as does things like system beeps. Not sure what triggers it but when I go to a network share to play music or vids I get a selinux alert and then sound for VLC, Totem, & Rythembox stops. If I go to system utils - settings - sound there is nothing listed for output device where there is usually line out - built in audio.

Looking at the logs I see a pulseaudio entry

and a whole lot of permission denied entries:

The selinux alert gave a suggestion which I ran, but didn't help any.

This is just a typical HP box with a vanilla Fedora load.

Any idea how to get my audio back in consistent working order?
