I really hate qt/kde. Nevertheless in ubuntu/mint qt apps used gtk dialogs. I found out that a certain library supports gtk dialogs for qt. So I ask is it possible to get gtk dialogs for qt apps?

with Qt5 you have to add the desired interface option to the command line of the program you are running.

for example

hp-toolbox -style=gtk

try it from the command line first and if this works for the applications you use, edit the application launchers to make it easier to run them each time.
