Just switched from Debian to Fedora. I needed some docs I couldn't find in Fedora's repos and chasing around finding documentation can be quite a chore. So I grabbed them from Debian's repos:

https://packages.debian.org/stable/doc/
https://packages.debian.org/testing/doc/
https://packages.debian.org/unstable/doc/

Once you download a deb package, you use archiver to open it (better if done in a separate folder):

ar vx [DEB PACKAGE]

then extract the data.tar.xz file. Docs will be located in a folder called:

usr/share/doc/package_name

You can ignore the other folders such as linten and doc-base, which are all Debian specific.

Anyway, for me this is very helpful since, for example, I can never compile pandas docs they have on github. Check the unstable repo first, since that seems to match up with Fedora's software.
