View Full Version : Android 6.0 File Transfer

My Nexus 5 upgraded to Android 6.0 recently.
When I connect the device to my Fedora 22 32 Bits, Gnome asks for "Open Files" which I confirm.
No folders or files are shown and I can't read or transfer files from or to the device...
I don't know if this is a Gnome behavior or Android 6.0
The device is NOT in debugging mode.
Any experiences with this problem here ?
Thanks

:)

FWIIW, I gave up with USB and Android and use Bluetooth instead.

Had the same issue, the problem is on the android side, it defaults to a charging only mode now.
After you connect your phone, drag down the screen and touch the USB charging notification and
change the setting. Easy peasy.
