I can't get it working. I'm running on Fedora 20 x64.
I followed the instructions, except these two commands:

6) Make script executable
chmod +x /opt/vmware-view-client/bin/vmware-view.sh

I changed this to: "chmod +x /opt/vmware/vmware-view-client/bin/vmware-view.sh"

sudo chcon --reference defaults.list vmware-view.desktop

I changed this to: "sudo chcon --reference /usr/share/applications/defaults.list /usr/share/applications/vmware-view.desktop"

But now, when i try to run vmware-view.sh, I always get this error:
vmware-view.sh: line 5: /opt/vmware/vmware-view-client/bin/vmware-view: Operation is rejected
(or something similar, I have czech translation).

I'm not very familiar with these things. I tried to find some nice rpm file, which would solve everything for me, but with no luck.

Are there any solutions?

I have found a working solution for fedora 20!

I don't know what language it is, but I just executed the commands and it works :)
