Anyone know of a program that scans and cleans adware, malware, spybots?

For Windows? Maybe AdAware, combined with Avast. Linux isn't plagued by such things.

ClamAV (http://www.clamav.net/lang/en/)

The focus is on Windows, as Linux is not plagued with malware. You can install ClamAV on a Linux machine to watch for malware - so as not to send it to a Windows friend.

If you have an infested Windows machine - may need to wipe and re-install... and I am so sorry for your if you have to re-install Windows :(

I think what you are needing is an ad blocker for your browser. It all depends on what browser you are using, but if you are using FIREFOX, then ADBLOCK PLUS is the ticket. - It's in there add-ons.

BTW: what's with the "<" at the beginning of the posts? (anyone know?)

And you can load it from the Fedora repos too :)
