I do Yum Update very day, and there haven't been any updates for a few days now. I assume this is due to the Holiday period?

Will they start again on Wednesday 2nd? Or later...

Just wondering (no big panic) as I always like to see loads of updates; it's reassuring, makes me feel that us 'fedora-ites' are well governed! :thumb:

There have been a few updates. I got a couple this morning.

But, an update a week or so ago turned off the updates-testing repos and that is where the new updates get pushed to. If you wish to get all of the updates, then you need to turn it back on, or wait until they are pushed to the regular updates repos.

Thanks D Belton! :)

Went to: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_test_updates#Enable_the_updates-testing_repo (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_test_updates#Enable_the_updates-testing_repohttp://)

Issued the command: sudo yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing

and filled my boots to overflowing!! 223 of 'em!!

Happy New Year!!!!!

Gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling! Don't ask why..... :)

If you want to enable updates-testing all of the time by default, edit your /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates-testing.repo file and change the line for the updates-testing repo from enabled=0 to enabled=1 (be careful as there are 3 repos in the fedora-updates-testing.repo file, you don't need to enable the debuginfo or source repos)

You may want to do it for the rpmfusion updates-testing repos as well.
