I'm curious if other Firefox users have this same issue. It doesn't crash in Konqueror.

This link here works fine:

It's the image inside the link. If you click the map of the globe, after about a minute Firefox crashes. How about for you?

Beefy Miracle, Firefox 15.0.1, all updates applied everywhere.(so says Apper)

Nope, using F17 and FF15.0.1 - works just fine.

No problem w/ FF here.

Interesting graph, friggin' Bolivia, Surinam ,F.Guiana messing up a whole continent!

Yep, my firefox (F16 with FF15) crashes as well.
Chrome works just fine on the same machine.

It 'just' got stuck for me and I killed Firefox myself instead of waiting 5 min for it to crash.

Well, no crash here: F16 64-bit, Firefox 15.0.1.

I'm using F17 with Firefox 15.0.1 as well, but it's fine. Perhaps it's addon related?
