View Full Version : dual boot problem wit lilo

hi,
i have win98 installed in /dev/hda and fc2 in /dev/hda12,the lilo-22.6-1.1.fc3.test.i386.rpm is installed in the MBR,now the problem is cannot boot to the windows,when i want to boot windows there is message loading windows then there is a black screen and then it is back to the lilo wellcome screen this is my lilo.conf:

windows systems require the use of "chainloader" to boot from lilo or grub. for your windows boot instructions, try:
label=windows
chainloader +

Man, I haven't used lilo for a while, I don't even remember how it works. My guess is that you should use grub (which is the default bootloader of Fedora).
