Hello ,
i have a problem ... i have uninstall software named Helix player ... but software icon still in Activities menu
so is there anyway to remove it

Have you tried Alacarte? It will edit the menu entries.

i have installed Alacarte software and its name (Main menu) but when i open it say problem with package please report ...
so i dont know what can i do ?

You can also delete the filename.desktop file corresponding to that icon, if alacarte did not work for you. It could be in /usr/share/applications

i join /usr/share/applications and search about it and its not found ... i hope to find the solution for this :)
