hey, i installed my core 2 server a while back without any of the graphical bits a bobs and have it as a command line only - but now i want to use some of the graphical things in it now that the hardware has a bit more juice in it. but i dont really fancy rebuilding the whole of fedora.

at the moment i have run a "yum install gnome*" and it is downloading a load of packages and has resolved the dependices.

but after that i dont really know what else to do to get it working.

anyone else with some ideas?

thanks

Ieuuk, are they on the original FC2 CD's? Have you tried 'system settings -add/remove applications'?

Okay, but that was just some more server stuff. Let me get all the standard packages for Gnome and make sure you've got them all in place.
