I have used a live usb on my laptop and loved Fedora and I want to switch my OS from Windows XP to Fedora. Since I can run the live usb does that mean I will be able to use Fedora if I download it and make it my OS? I know this is kinda a silly question and am sorry if this is in the wrong section, didn't know exactly which one I should post this in.

Depends on how the liveUSB trial was. Did you have sound? Did the graphics look great? Did your wired and wireless network connections work? Did your printer or scanner work? If so, you should be good to go. If not, you may want to do a little more research on your hardware compatibility.

That's one of the benefits of Linux on Live USB/CDs, you get to test it on your hardware before you actually install it.
