View Full Version : How do I add a certificate?

I am trying to run Citrix XenDesktop on F13. I installed the .rpm package from their website and when I access my school's server, firefox acts like everything is ok but then I get a certificate error. A box pops up that says 'You have not chosen to trust "AddTrust External CA Root", the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61).' and I am not sure how to handle this. I would call my school's help desk, but I am sure they would not know what to do in Linux. Any ideas?

Ah, I've had this one before!

Assuming you've got the certificate downloaded, as root do something like:

cp valicert_class2_root.crt /usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts/

Obviously replace valicert_class2_root.crt with your certificate.
Where you download yours from... I dunno, I got mine here:

Also, if you don't have the certificates yet, maybe these links are of use?

Sorry for the late response. Thanks for the info. I will definitely give that a try and let you know what I come up with.
