Hello
I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're getting at, if you have a fedora dvd it won't boot as such just install, if you want one to boot you'll have to burn the live cd http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora, if your pc boots straight to the hard drive you'll have to change the boot order in your pc's bios, usually pressing f2 or f10 when you boot up will get you into the bios menu, just look for boot order and place cd/dvd drive at the top/1st
hope this helps :D

So, i trying to find a way to boot my Fedora 15's dvd, what i want to do is in some way boot a CD or floppy and from them read or boot my dvd driver!

Try PloP Bootmanager (http://www.plop.at/en/bootmanager.html), I use it a lot to boot live USB sticks on PCs that wont boot from USB. It has a boot option to boot from DVD.
