hey,

i'm trying to setup my logitech keyboards extra buttons, and everything works great until i restart Xorg.
i've got the keycodes in ~/.Xmodmap and it seems like it dosen't get read at start. So i tried
adding them to /etc/X11/Xmodmap, though still dosen't get read at start.
it only works if i execute xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap.
so tried adding it to a file (+x ofcourse) in /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/ though the keycodes still dosen't
get "registred".

i'm out of ideas.

I would like to make this extra buttons work too. Using Logitech keyboard.
Don't you need to install hotkeys or something for this?

nope i've used this guide:
http://linuxlab.dk/fcl/technotes/logitech

works on gentoo with kde and it should work in fc2 with gnome if only .Xmodmaps gets read at startup :-/
