What is the command I use to edit the xorg.conf in fedora?

achieve using the following command:

# cd /etc/X11
# geany xorg.conf

maybe try

# cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.keepthisoneforabackup
# nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf

dittle away and the

^o to save the file
^x to exit

you might need to install nano in f13 I think it's not in the fault install anymore

Any text editor will do, simply choose your favourite.
There is nothing magical about it, it's straight up text.
