I'm assuming you have the name of the driver. You can use yum to find the package that contains it, (if it was installed by a package)
type (as root)
yum search drivername
and then
yum remove package.

What's the name of this driver and why do you want to remove it?

I installed the driver rt2860.inf for ndiswrapper. I still cannot get ndiswrapper to work because it says the driver is not the right one.

A good friend (http://www.google.ca/) told me about this. (http://www.linuxquestions.org/linux/answers/Networking/NdisWrapper_The_Ultimate_Guide) It may help you.
