Hi,

I am using Fedora 8. Somebody might suggest why not you upgrade to new Fedora. But at this time we are not in position to upgrade. So, I am posting my problem here.

I have two problems:

1) When I restart the computer either from command line or from gui, it does not restart. It stuck at point say "Restarting system....". Although it shutdown, if I shutdown.

2) During boot up from OS (if I shutdown and start manually), I get following error " memory is not optimized....".
I am using Dell Power Edge servers (only few months old). Some of them boot up even after this memory error but one of them has even serious problem. It does not boot up saying same memory error.

Any solution?
Thanks for your help.
