Here in california the terminator Arnold wants you switch pc's using licensed software to open source, can you say LINUX!?

From the article Paris is considering Linux. Actually, a whole bunch of government agencies are upgrading, and some may consider Linux too.

This is a really good sign. Assuming that costs are about the same as Windows, with no license fees Paris will save taxpayer money. Microsoft will have to compete on price. And there's free open source publicity.

A good sign.
