View Full Version : possible to upgrade to 2.6 kernel with apt?

I would like to use apt to upgrade my kernel in fedora core 1 to 2.6 or above. anyone else do this? If so please give me some instructions. thank you :)

thank you for the info but they do not specificly give a apt repository for a 2.6 kernel which is what I was looking for. I apologize for not being specific. if anyone knows one and has used it please let me know.

Just add this to /etc/apt/sources.list:


# Arjan's 2.6 series kernel repository
rpm http://people.redhat.com arjanv/2.6 kernel
