hi, ive just come back to fedora after trying out some other distrubutions and i had just finished installing my system when i thought i would run yum... when it was running unbelievably slowly... it was getting one header every couple of mins.

untill i got an error saying...

raceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/yum", line 30, in ?
yummain.main(sys.argv[1:])
File "/usr/share/yum/yummain.py", line 253, in main

File "/usr/lib/python2.3/socket.py", line 301, in read
data = self._sock.recv(recv_size)
socket.error: (4, 'Interrupted system call')

:eek: ... i then tried running a "yum clean"

and i just got

[root@linux ian]# yum clean

# Note: JPackage IS compatible with the fedora.us repositories.
