Are you running the PAE kernel? If not, that's your problem.

I installed PAE kernel before so what do I have to do now?
Thanks in advance.

Rebooting to the new PAE kernel is all you need to do.

Are you sure your RAM is ok? You may want to run MemTest to verify. It doesn't need a special kernel, so it can check independently from your installed OS.
