See my screenshot :

I've try to delete thumbnail and force nautilus to recreate it and the probem still ...

I've check the thumbnails with Gimp and there are OK ...

My FC2 is up-to-date ...

Thanks for your help !!

For me this is a recent problem, everything worked fine last week ... Maybe it's a recent update :

2004-09-15 gtk2-2.4.7-2.4
2004-09-15 gdk-pixbuf-0.22.0-11.2.3
2004-09-09 imlib-1.9.13-19

I can try this solution, but i upgrade my kernel to the last 2.6.8.1 the same day of it's released ... And with this kernel i didn't have this kind of problem ... It's very recent ...

I seem to be having the same problem with noise down the right hand side of thumbnails.. I haven't upgraded my kernel yet. so I think its package related

New package : gtk2-2.4.7-2.6. Normally it fix the bug.
I've upgraded it but the problem still the same ... i've delete thumbnails in ~/.thumbnails ... and no way, my thumbnails are crappy ...

It was this night and i'm not sure to have restart X to test it ... Maybe tonight :-)

Is there somebody who fix the problem with this package ?

Oddly, that was the package that showed the bug up on my system

Ok no problem ...

The package fix the problem ... you have to restart X to see your thumbnails ...

Actually, restart of X is unneccessary. I simply killed Nautilus (write "killall nautilus" in a terminal as normal user). Nautilus is then automatically restarted after a few seconds. If you now browse to an image folder, Nautilus will not exhibit the bug.

I've restarted my computer many times since installing the new package (I don't keep the system on), but the bug still appears

Strange! Have you tried removing the thumbnails already generated? Do "mv .thumbnails thumbnails.backup" in the terminal when you're in your home directory.
