Sound is very silent

I have problems with sound on my 3 Fedora 11 machines:
When I try to play something there's sound, but very silent and limited! example

example (pavucontrol):

case1: sound is silent


\---------------------------------
case2: sound is off

---------------------------------\
case3: sound is loud as in case 1

any idea?

alsamixer -c0

[counterroot]

jepp I was looking for a solution by keywords. Could you give me those ones I need to find the correct answer?

all you had to do was look in the fedora11 Alpha/Beta/Snapshot sub-forum an you would of found the answer
