Hi,
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-*

What does this command do?
And why is this after typing this command being root?

error: /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora: import failed.
error: /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-nonfree-fedora: import failed.

I think it is because you are trying to import the already imported gpg key. The files that you are trying to import are there because they have been imported and put in /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/. When you import a key, that's where it is placed, in /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/.
