hi all

tried to print out manual pages <info sheets> on mounting commands.

got a printout but it was a crazy mixed up printout. lots of symbols and other stuff scattered th roughout. is there a way to print the commands from the manual pages in a readable form? thought this would be better to have a ready printed reference rather than going back and forth to manual pages. need all the help I can get.
I'm just a beginner in this so looks like a lot of help and advice will be needed.

thanks in advance

Try this to print it

man -t mount | lpr

or this to create a post script file that you can print or view with a document viewer.

man -t mount > mount.ps

If yelp is installed you can open it from a terminal and view and print manual pages as Yelp is the manual viewer.
