Hi,

I have a DVD of F10 and of F7.

I need to create install CDs of either F7 or F10.

I followed these instructions: http://revisor.fedoraunity.org/documentation/creating-a-cd-set-from-a-dvd

These instructions don't work.

I'm using an F7 box with Revisor 2.0.5-9.

For F10, the List tab shows a bunch of F7 and F6 packages (this might be correct) but the "Select All" button doesn't select all packages. If I then continue, Revisor resolves the dependencies forever (well, I waited 8 hours before guessing it was broken).

For F7, I get this message: "yum.YumBase.doConfigSetup failed, probably an invalid configuration file /etc/revisor/conf.d/revisor-f7-i386.conf" and then there are no packages to select.

I'm happy to use a command line process if one exists. Suggestions?

Revisor just doesn't seem to work at all.

tia,
RR

Did you know that you can get installation CDs for F10 from http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-all?

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, but I only have 12GB monthly bandwidth (I live in a internet-backward country called Australia) so I can't risk downloading 4GB of Fedora until I'm closer to the end of the month.

Generating the CDs from my DVD makes much more sense.
