i have just installed fedora core 10. and i want to install all mp3,avi codecs.how do i install it??
fedora tried to search for it but couldnt find it.

You may also install easylife from https://sourceforge.net/project/platformdownload.php?group_id=217092
Then run easylife(from the Applications menu or from the command line; it really doesn't matter), and check Codecs and MediaPlayers(along with any other options you may like). easylife will install a bunch of media players and codecs. These media player programs can be accessed from gnome or KDE menus.

Really? You did a search and couldn't find anything in the forum? How odd? It took me less than 5 minutes to find these using the word "codecs" as the only search term:
