View Full Version : Help with fedora - window browser

Hi all,

I have fedora 9.91, and I really like it, but am a complete noob, whenever I click into say my hard drive, then click movies it will open up in a seperate window, and it does this all the time, for ever folder i click, just opens in another window, is there anyway to stop this?

By the way.
Fedora 9.91 is not an official release and as such you are likely to have problems with broken applications etc.

Why not install F10 ?

I will install f10 in the new year, its just my BB is very slow at the moment :)

I also have another question :)

I'm looking to install java as I cannot acces youtube, I have been left with a .bin file, and no idea how to open it, can you help?

mmm, java for youtube??? :o that's new.... i think you are looking for flash not for java, anyway this page can be helpfull for java, flash or whatever you are searching for fedora http://fedoraguide.info/index.php?title=Main_Page#Firefox_Plugins it's one of the best guides i ever found
