Sorry if this has been answered before, but I am VERY new to linux.

I am trying to watch video from this website http://www.wolves.co.uk

I can watch streaming video from BBC news website and youtube, why can't I see video from http://www.wolves.co.uk???

The link http://www.wolves.co.uk plays fine here.

$ cat /etc/fedora-release

Try removing nspluginwrapper flash-plugin swfdec and gnash, and then install adobe's Linux Plugin:
