in the /var/log/messages
what i see is

I'm guessing the Red Hat 9 driver is no good because of the change to 2.6 kernel. You may have to get a new version. If the source code is available maybe you can compile your own. A link to the site you got the origional from, please?

Moved to General Support. Please only post how tos in How To forum.

i got it from www.bordernet.com.au/drivers.html
it took lots of time to find that broadlogic driver. and its not available from their site www.broadlogic.com. I wonder whether they r still producing the card and /or supporting it. i want to install it on Fedora core 2. if i cant find the driver, i might have to switch to redhat 9.
Is there any other dvb card that has widely available drivers for linux, that can be used for vsat setup??
