on my computer, i have my main hard drive split into two equal sized partitions. one is windows 98, one is fedora.

i was on fedora looking around at the windows partition and i thought maybe i could open excel using wine. you know, just to see if it would work. well when i tried it i got a pop up error that said "IOPL not enabled"

so, what's IOPL? and how do i enable it?
