I don't know if this is a problem of reps/yum, but take a look here:

Total 168 kB/s | 18 MB 01:52
warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID a109b1ec

GPG key retrieval failed: [Errno 5] OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-livna'
[root@localhost ~]# vlc
-bash: vlc: command not found
[root@localhost ~]#

of course I tried twice, and also:

[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qi vlc
package vlc is not installed

what the h3ck? this never happened in any fedora installation I did in the past...it should be normal to not have that signature, but it should install the package anyway.
Any clues?

thanks in advance :)

Try

su
rpm --import http://livna-dl.reloumirrors.net/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY
yum install vlc

ok the trick worked, thanks leigh :)
do you by chance know if this is a consequence of the new security policy?

I think you may have accidentally deleted it by mistake as the key is part of the livna-release package .

GPG key retrieval failed: [Errno 5] OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-livna'

livna has nothing to do with the new security policy fedora team put in by giving us new repo keys

since I am gettng more and more of these errors, I think something went wrong somehow: is there a way to fix all these errors "reinstalling" only those keys with a single command? I see also the adobe repo is failing due to that :\
since I didn't directly touched that directory I wonder what happened :\

wget http://leigh123.homelinux.com/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
