Hi!

I'm trying to configure the iSight webcam included on my MacBookPro Core 2. I followed some tutorials:
http://www.mactel-linux.org/wiki/Fedora8OnMacBookSantaRosa

There was no error while compiling, but it does not work anymore. I'm running Fedora 9...

Thanks for helping me!!

Hi,
It works out-of-the-box with fedora 9. Just updade to the latest kernel.

It worked for me...

Bye,
Rolando

My system is already updated. Should I enable testing repositories?

Hi,
I didn't need that. I am using the main repo.

It works with mplayer and skype.

Do you have the "extmod" module in your xorg.conf?

extmod?... ummm, I don't think so. Can you show me your xorg.conf?

It works for you too with Cheese?. Anyway, I tried using gstreamer-properties and it doesn't work, neither on Skype...

Well, I configured the webcam after all. I wrote a short howto (http://www.somgnu.org/fedora-9-on-a-macbookpro/).
