What you do is (I know not exactly) create your own repository ;)

I have seen some articles around on how to do it. You just download them and transfer them to a new location for you.

yes, after mirroring all the repositories you want, you'd to change the dot-repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d with your LAN address (like http://10.2.2.2 or http://192.168.2.2 )

There was a really nice tutorial for stting up a Fedora repository on howtoforge.

http://www.howtoforge.com/setting-up-a-local-yum-repository-fedora8

I believe it is basicially the same process for any fedora version
