hi all..
Please help me..
Im unable to enable desktop effects in my desktop pc which is installed with fedora core 6.
Its AMD 32 bit machine with 1 GB ram.
when i tried to enable it, the response was like following..

[root@localhost ~]# desktop-effects
gnome-window-decorator: Screen 0 on display ":0.0" already has a decoration manager; try using the --replace option to replace the current decoration manager.
compiz: No GLXFBConfig for default depth, this isn't going to work.
compiz: Failed to manage screen: 0
compiz: No managable screens found on display :0.0

Sort of an educated guess here, but it may work. Hit ALT/F2. On the command line enter emerald --replace and click run. This is assuming that you have installed Compiz-Fusion and all associated packages. If emerald --replace works your window borders will probably turn the default reddish color.

You might want to post your xorg.conf and graphics card model so people can see what driver you are running and what settings are involved.
